White Marsh GM Plant Announces Major Expansion

General Motors, which closed its Broening Highway plant in 2005, announced yesterday plans to develop and manufacture motors for its hybrids and potentially full electric cars at its plant in White Marsh. WYPR's Joel McCord reports.
